|Recommended: NoIt was fine — The grounds are generally well kept. The buildings look good. The apartment interiors are hit or miss depending on your last tenant. The staff are fine. I like the maintenance staff they are punctual and very helpful. Parking is usually very predictable, but can get a bit busy at times. The roads are narrow and sometimes the other residents forget there are two lanes. You will be dealing with college kids so if you can't handle that then go move in with your uncle. Alternatively, you could just make one your annoying neighbors disappear , so that you don't have to deal with them again. I hate reviews that use numbers so I'll say my time here has been tolerable.
