The apartments are nice and the grounds are kept well maintained. The assistant manager Kayla, is awesome This is a great choice for location and super attentive office staff for all your needs

The only downside is they tend to overcharge every month for utilities out of no where even if you are barely there. Other than the extra charging fee there is really no complaints living in Eagle Flatts.
