|Recommended: YesGood Value — I overall would recommend living here especially if you are living on your own for the first time and are in college. When we moved in, our apartment was not very clean so that is one negative. We have had a few minor maintenance issues but the maintenance crew is very responsive, friendly, and quick and I’m very impressed with it. I feel pretty safe here however I do know that the Eagle Flatts heavily promotes safety and it is a gated community, however the last week that I have lived here the gate has not been shut once, so that’s just something to note. The WIFI is pretty good but if you plan on hooking up an Apple TV, Roku, or an Alexa you might have to buy your own router.

|Recommended: YesThank You For Everything — Well Recommended. The Front office made the process quick and easy for me. The apartments are nice and the grounds are kept well maintained. The assistant manager Kayla, is awesome This is a great choice for location and super attentive office staff for all your needs
