|Recommended: YesThe property in general is very nice — If someone were to ask me what it was like to live in here I would say it is overall a great place to live. The only downside is they tend to overcharge every month for utilities out of no where even if you are barely there. Other than the extra charging fee there is really no complaints living in Eagle Flatts.

The staff here is super nice and is courteous to all the problems. The apartments themselves are so nice, and I enjoy every minute living here.

|Recommended: YesOverall good — The property is generally safe except a fence needs to be place around the property because of the wooded areas having looked like someone has lived in there. Maintenance and property staff very friendly and gets things done in a timely fashion.
